By accessing or using Speechoria Studio services, courses, and materials you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Account and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activities under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, redistribute or resell course content without written permission. Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Harassment, abuse or violation of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Contact [email protected] for billing questions.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, and branding remain the exclusive property of Speechoria Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will result in account termination and legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
Speechoria Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for breach of these terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of downloaded materials.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
